Task: Create a logo for the Greek Talks event

Role: Graphic designer

Greek Talks is an annual speaking event similar to TEDtalks, with short programming for sorority and fraternity members to provoke thought and discussion. The event features top speakers sharing ideas to face challenges in fraternity and sorority life today. After many sketches and researching related-imagery, I chose to combine a traditional Greek pillar with a microphone. For the signature, I chose a bold sans-serif typeface to match the style of the simple line work in the logo.
